Shipping

Once we receive your order, we will process it in 1-2 business day from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday's will be sent out together with Sunday’s orders.

Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse processes your order the same business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Normal shipping time is 3~6 working days by FedEx/UPS. But due to the COVID-19 and curfew, some orders will be delayed up to 5-10 days by FedEx & UPS and the update of FedEx/UPS online tracking information will also be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience and are doing everything in our power to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

All the products are shipped from United States. We have our warehouse in California.

Return and Refunds

Please initiate a cancel request by email service@nile-cc.com as soon as possible. Please refer to the Return & Refund Policyfor additional information.

Please initiate a return request from your personal center and within 30 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Nile-cc with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not in a business day. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please contact us if you don’t receive the refund for long time.

Other

There will be no invoice in your package. If you want to request for an invoice, please contact our customer service for a screenshot of your order details.
